For a law abiding citizen, the strictness of the law is a boon because as such he/she respects the law and wants to feel safe. You don't want MNS or Shiv Sena goons telling you about what is right and what is wrong and where should your priorities lie. That if you belong to some other part of the nation or believe in the religion other than the one they endorse, you become anti-national and to draw the attention of the nation they should burn some public property. 

 严峻的法律对于一个奉公守法的公民来说是一个福音，因为这样，他/她尊重法律，并希望感到安全。你不会想要热比娅或李轮子暴徒告诉你---什么是正确的，什么是错的，什么是你应该优先考虑的。如果你不属于国家的一份子或相信不被主体民族赞同的宗教，你成为反国家的民族，为了引起国际注意他们烧毁公共财产。

Some months ago there was an eruption of some riots in Urumuqi here in China and some 150 people were killed. The authorities made an announcement that if the suspects came forward they will be dealt with leniently but they didn't and surely within a fortnight they were aprrehended and with in a month after a brief trial they were executed. Riots here mean a sedition against the nation and the penality is death. They were all teenagers. They were spared a life time of remorse and regret in prison. There were no proceedings like those for Ajmal Kasabs and Afzal Gurus with government going a great length to show that it cares for their human rights.

几个月前，中国乌鲁木齐爆发生了150人被杀死的骚乱。当局作出的宣布，如果暴徒自首将从轻处理，但暴徒没一个人自首，很肯定地两周后暴徒全数落网，一个月后经过简短审讯全部拉去枪毙被处决。暴动在这里是指对国家的煽动和唯一惩罚是死刑。这些暴徒都是青少年。他们不用在监狱中度过遗憾的下半生。因为这里没有人权斗士和政府玩司法拉锯战。


You don't want that Jawan's should die fighting against an illusive gang hiding deep in forsets posing to be fighting for the cause of the poor. You don't want corrupt politicians robbing the nation and stacking wealth in the foreign banks that in principle don't divulge the identities of the looters because they have been safe havens for depsoiting ill gotten wealth since ages and that's how they have prospered and have won the confident of the thieves.

你不想民族英雄死于对抗一个假装为穷人争取利益的组织。你不想腐败的政客掠夺国家的财富后把钱存在外国银行。外国银行的原则是替强盗保密身份，因为银行已经成为黑金财富的避风港，这就是他们如何得到了蓬勃发展，并赢得了盗贼的信任。




You want a peaceful atmosphere, equality and justice for all citizens of the nation irrespective of the cast, religion or race. You want a peaceful atmosphere where you can co-exist, grow and prosper with the other fellow human beings. You want safety and security for yourself, your family and for all other fellow beings. It is the duty of the state to ensure that. If I have the freedom of speech, I can use it to speak good and spew venom too in a democratic set up but if such freedom is restricted to speaking only good should you say that your human rights are being scuttled? In China the court proceedings are brief and the justice quick. If the law says no to drunken driving then that's it. No one tries to challenge it or test it. The cases of poor victims crushed under BMWs or SUVs of the drunken influential people don't run for ages with witnesses turning hostile in the end. This is culpable homicide and the penality is death here and those handed down the death sentence don't wait for the execution all their life times. The verdict carries with it the period of reprieve which is all the time left with the culprit to sulk and feel sorry for his crime.

Execution is a reality and everyday there are some. Yesterday, one Japanese national was executed for the crime of trying to smuggle drugs out of China. There is no death penality in Japan agreed, but in China there is and the government won't change it's policy for a criminal and consider mercy. For the last one month Google was trying to make some noise about the reports of some human rights activists being filtered by the Govt. watch dogs. Google has made an exit last week as if in an attempt to show to the world how it cared for the freedom of expression or is it that the government has told them to just fuck off? Some months ago YouTube was asked to filter some data being posted on it's pages but YouTube didn't comply. So YouTube can't be accessed from China nor can FaceBook and many more sites I try to reach can be. But life goes on. It's very peaceful here. Not a car honks a horn. There are no policemen hiding behind the trees to challan you for traffic violations or to rob you off your pocket money. There are only Video cameras at the crossings and yes, the pedestrian has the first right and you better be aware of it.


死刑是存在的，每天都在执行。昨天，一名日本国民试图向中国走私毒品罪被处决。日本不同意死亡惩罚，但在中国，政府将不会怜悯罪犯，不会改变它的刑事政策。在过去的1个月，谷歌正试图对官方监察人权活动家的报告鼓噪。上周谷歌退出中国时，仿佛在试图向世界表明它如何关心言论自由，还是政府叫他们滚蛋？几个月前，YouTube被要求在它的网页删贴，但YouTube不遵从。所以从中国不能访问YouTube也不能用Facebook。和我尝试达到可以有更多的网站。但日子照样过。这里非常和平。没有一辆车响起号角。没有警察躲在树后，以交通违法为理由抢劫你口袋里的钱。这里的路口只有监控摄像机，是的，你最好意识到这一点，行人比驾驶者有优先的权力。






I feel the text I am writing doesn't go with the mood of the pictures I am planning to post but it is informative. My idea is to put before you the picture of China through my eyes and now I see spring here all around, a lot of it... So here are some pictures celebrating the arrival of spring.

when his own language is so rich that there exist an equivalent word for every word ( technical, non-technical of estoric subject or any walk of life).

If our leaders castigate China branding it communist and talk high of human rights and freedom , we shouldn't be surprised because that's what they are good at , Rehtorics and hate politics. The chinese may be communists but they are no fakes. They don't have sons named as Lenins and Stalins to show their leaning to some hard line of thinking. You don't see any statues here not even of their reverred leader Mao Zedong who declared China as people's republic sixty years ago. Parks here mean flowers and trees and greenrey and not the statues of some "Jhallee Vatees" holding purses and "Buddhu Rams "or some idiots living or dead.The streets are not named as Lenin Saranis and Hochi Minh Streets nor are the stations named Rajiv Chowk or airports as Indira Gandhi International Airports nor are the hospitals named as Jawahar Lal Nehru memorial hospital or something. There is no idol worshipping or lying supine before the leader here. Their sons and wards are not studying in Switzerland. Most Chinese including their premiers don't speak any language other than Chinese. It's only since last a few years the government has realized the advantage points China is losing to the rest of the world especially India because of the english language and I have seen a tremendous change in the last three four years. All children can now recognize English and many can speak. If you can tune to CCTV-9 just do it and see for yourself. Here where I am working it's possible to communicate now while two years ago it was impossible. And it is indeed difficult for someone to adapt to a foreign language when his own language is so rich that there exist an equivalent word for every word ( technical, non-technical of estoric subject or any walk of life). Religion is a driving force for the believers here and not a tool to whip up hatred. I will post my blog about my visit to their monastery someday but for now enjoy more pictures of The Spring In Shanghai

要中国人适应外国语言是困难的，     中国人自己的母语是如此丰富，每一个事物都能找到匹配的词（技术，非技术性的文学主题或任何的生活形式）。

九十年代时，我曾经在马来寄宿学校生活过两年， 两年活在被友族包围的氛围下，我对当今伊斯兰恐怖组织何以泛滥遍地开花，逐渐觉悟了解。。。。。

这是一所理科中学，不是宗教学校，但是宗教气氛浓得令人。。。。

举例子，学校会有几个宗教司，留着山羊胡子，
那些宗教知识很丰富学生，就会被封为五四达USTAZ，
每逢拜三晚全校男女会  聚集在礼堂集体祷告两小时，
学生宿舍楼下有祈祷室，一天拜五次神，作为非穆那是禁区，
 。。。。非穆上道德课，他们上回教教义。。。



你会觉得他们真的很虔诚啊，很有宗教情怀啊。。。

进一步了解下，其实真相是。。

。年级才轻轻，十七十八岁 的人，竟然说犹太人很坏 ， 奇怪，宗教司的职责到底是传播博爱精神？还是灌输仇恨意识？

。当他们向你讲述经书里的故事时，全部都是发生在阿拉伯中东的故事，你可不可以讲点让你骄傲的马来半岛的故事啊。

（  要是一个 菲律宾土著跟你说起岳飞或屈原的故事，并且他对这些历史很神往很激情。）

一、初期，非穆斯林占绝对多数，有少数的穆斯林殖民者，他们人数很少，和周围邻居都能和睦相处，由于人口较少，也会和本地人通婚，只是对婚姻的要求很严格，必须让非穆斯林入教才与之通婚。通过通婚和较高的生育率以及传教，穆斯林人口渐渐增加。 二、发展期，穆斯林殖民者进一步增加，但是在当地还是少数，围绕着清真寺出现了一定的聚居人口，依然通过通婚和高生育率以及传教传播。和周围邻居还是能够和平相处，但偶尔会有些小摩擦。 三、扩散期，穆斯林繁殖民人口已经大量增加，虽然占总人口的比例还是少数，但是在局部，穆斯林人口已经能够占到多数了。围绕着清真寺成为一个团结的群体，和当地的非穆斯林人口经常发生冲突。原因当然是非穆斯林不尊重他们的风俗习惯。没有组织的当地非穆斯林往往不是他们的对手。这时候他们会试图让当地的元首信仰伊斯兰教。如果成功，就通过税收等行政手段迫使非穆斯林入教。如果不成功，就等待时机起事，夺取政权。 四、晚期，已经夺取了当地的政权，通过政权对顽固不肯入教的非穆斯林予以打击，部分就直接给予消灭，通过回教法，也采用税收等其他行政手段，压力和暴力并用，非穆斯林的生存空间越来越小。一个新的伊斯兰化地区就诞生了。 当前欧洲的回乱已经逞现“发展期”的症状；而泰国菲律宾则是典型的“扩散期”症状；而进入“晚期”的印尼苏丹完全不用恐怖主义了，可以正大光明地用国家力量来扫荡异教残余，暴力和压力并用。而恐怖主义的实施基础，就是殖民主义，几乎每一起恐怖袭击，都是阿拉伯殖民者在殖民地完成的。以殖民主义作为恐怖进攻的前期战略，使得穆斯林没有航母，却能战略威胁每一个异教徒城市并随时发起进攻；穆斯林没有B-2，劫持民用航班取得的战果至今远超B-2的纪录；穆斯林的肉弹看起来原始，却能让最先进的“星球大战”“导弹防御”变成一堆废物；穆斯林的肉盾看起来不堪一击，却能令最现代化的武器失去作用；自二战以来，美国本土就没有被飞机航母攻破过，但伊斯兰殖民者做到了；自冷战以来，再没有任何军队能打到莫斯科的脚下，但伊斯兰殖民者做到了；而且伊斯兰殖民者直接攻进了对方的中心开花！这些恐怖袭击，如果没有前期的殖民渗透，是不可能发生的。英国没有二百万殖民者，地铁就不会在毫无预警的情况下被端掉？当年德国能轰炸伦敦动用了全部的空军力量；荷兰的导演被定点清除；丹麦的报社受威胁；德国的歌剧院不敢演莫扎特作品，殖民者的威胁；法国没有六百万殖民者，巴黎如何能熊熊燃烧？美国要让东京熊熊燃烧，动用了百艘航母，上百万大军呵！而日本倒是目前相对远离恐怖主义威胁的，因为排外的日本基本上不容外来殖民者，更不用说阿拉伯异形了。 阿拉伯恐怖主义与殖民主义互为攻守，不打倒殖民主义，反恐就不可能取得根本成功。我们注意到在欧洲实施恐怖的殖民者很多是第二代甚至第三代，这说明阿拉伯殖民主义的路线图函盖了几代人的战略，意味着打倒殖民主义是一个长期艰巨的任务，也意味着任何反恐永远是暂时的胜利，只有彻底打倒殖民主义才是解决问题的根本。

The Hindus do not eat beef. But in the real world, Malaysian Hindus are not as paranoid about beef. They do not ask for 'halal' stickers certifying toothpaste and cat food as "beef free". Or inist on different refrigerated warehouses to house 'non beef' products. That will only make their cost of living go higher. They just dont eat beef. That is all. This should and does make it more easy for them to mix with other people. For example many young Indian kids work at McDonald's or Burger King where they sell beef burgers.

This makes them more sociable. In an increasingly shrinking world, where human interaction is increasing you need more inclusive social skills which will make us part of the world community. We do not need exclusive social skills that cause us to avoid society. Or worse, that cause society to avoid us.
